Our guarantee is simple, if for any reason you are unhappy with the production quality of the materials used we will replace or fix it at our cost. This includes defects such as loose canvas, bubbles, scratches, fading or warping.
Free shipping within Canada & the United States on any orders over $150 and a $19.95 shipping fee for anything less than $150. Shipments overseas and to Alaska, Hawaii, NWT, Yukon and Nunavut will be quoted on a case by case basis. A tracking number will be provided by email to give you the ability to track your order throughout the shipping process. All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Your privacy is important to us. The personal information you enter on the Merchant Link Pages such as credit card, name, phone number, email and mailing address, are protected by Authorize.net.
This site may request personally identifiable data from you (“personal information”), which may include your email address, and other personal information such as your address, telephone number, etc., and in the case of online shopping, credit card number and expiration date.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS
We do not accept returns; all sales are FINAL. (see "can I cancel my order below") We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safe and undamaged at their destination.
If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact me by email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number for further instructions.
CANCELING MY ORDER?
In most cases once you order an open edition print, it immediately goes into production. Which is why all print sales are final. However, if you ordered by mistake or changed your mind, please contact me at as soon as possible and I'll do my best to cancel or exchange it for a different print.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days, the same with any credit card refund!
HOW I DO RETURN MY PACKAGE?
Let's hope that never happens. But If a refund is in order or replacement is necessary, please contact me for instructions.
